Five Awards for Delta District at the European Property & Hotel Awards

Belgrade project receives the highest level of recognition at the European Property & Hotel Awards in London

Delta District, the new complex being developed by Delta Real Estate Group in New Belgrade, has received the Five Star Award, the highest distinction at the European Property & Hotel Awards 2026–2027 in London. The project won in five categories: Hotel Development, Mixed-Use Development, Commercial High-Rise Development, Residential High-Rise Development and Sustainable Commercial Development.

The project’s international profile was further confirmed when Delta District was selected for the cover of IPAX Global Europe & Africa 2026, a publication showcasing award-winning and outstanding projects from the European and African property industry. This gave the Belgrade project one of the most prominent places at the London event.

The European Property & Hotel Awards are part of the global International Property Awards programme, which for more than three decades has honoured projects and companies that set high standards in the international property industry. The awards are presented through regional programmes worldwide, with entries assessed by an independent jury of more than 100 professionals from across the industry.

Across four interconnected towers, Delta District brings together two luxury residences, the InterContinental Belgrade hotel and a Class A office building, under a concept that combines high-end living, hospitality and business with rigorous sustainability standards.

The InterContinental Belgrade hotel is scheduled to open at the end of 2026, while handover of the apartments is planned for summer 2027. Delta District is part of Delta Real Estate Group’s investment cycle worth more than €1 billion.
