Delta Real Estate Group took over the Radisson Collection Hotel in Belgrade

Delta Real Estate continues to strengthen its hotel portfolio by taking over the Radisson Collection – Old Mill Hotel in Belgrade and thereby continues the realization of its plan to be a regional leader in the hotel industry. The purchase agreement was approved by the Commission for the Protection of Competition.

Delta Real Estate Group, a regional leader in real estate development, based in Belgrade, manages the InterContinental Hotels in Ljubljana, Crowne Plaza and Indigo Hotel in Belgrade, and more recently the Radisson Collection-Old Mill in Belgrade.

“In the hotel business, Delta has chosen primarily, although not exclusively, for congress tourism, for hotels that are primarily intended for business clientele and that operate all 12 months of the year. Our hotels are of a high category, they are part of well-known international chains, and therefore taking over the Old Mill Hotel in Belgrade, under the Radisson Collection brand, is a logical continuation of our strategy. By expanding the portfolio with a new hotel, along with taking over the Sava Center, whose reconstruction is underway, we are taking a big step closer to the position we want in the regional hotel industry. In the coming period, we will continue to be active on the market and look for investment opportunities in the region,” said Andrej Sovrović, director of the hotel business at Delta Holding, a business system to which Delta Real Estate Group belongs.

Hotel Radisson Collection – Old Mill is distinguished by its distinctive design and exceptional position. The hotel is located along the highway, almost in the city center, only 700 meters from the Belgrade Fair and 1.5 kilometers from the main railway station. Sava Center, as a leading congress location, is less than one kilometer away. The hotel is in the converted building of the first steam mill in Belgrade, which dates back to the 19th century. The Radisson Hotel offers 236 contemporary rooms, including 14 suites, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Belgrade. The rooms are equipped with unique furniture and artistic details such as painted walls, which are the work of the Strauss&Hillegaart studio.
