Delta Holding Accelerates Growth with Increased Revenue and EBITDA in the First Half of 2026

Results confirm the successful delivery of investments, regional expansion and the company’s strategic transformation

In the first six months of 2026, Delta Holding generated revenue of €564 million and EBITDA of €70 million, representing a 7% increase compared with the same period last year. If this trend continues through the end of the year, total revenue is projected to exceed €1.3 billion, with EBITDA reaching €170 million. In the first half of 2026, the company paid €126 million into the budget of the Republic of Serbia.

Growth was driven by strong performance in distribution and logistics, real estate, hotels, and the congress and automotive businesses, alongside the continued development of agribusiness and e-commerce, once again confirming the strength of Delta Holding’s diversified business model.

The company now employs nearly 6,000 people and is celebrating 35 years in business this year. Long-term investment in people, innovation and sustainable business models remains the foundation of its progress.

Delta Agrar continues its strategic transformation through investment in digitalisation, production modernisation and livestock farming, with a focus on sustainable agriculture and state-of-the-art technologies. Its strategic partnership with Ferrero in hazelnut production is one of the most significant projects in this segment, with 1,000 hectares of orchards planned by the end of next year. A further step forward came with the launch of distribution for the global Brevant seed programme, giving domestic producers access to premium genetics and innovative solutions to increase yields.

The manufacturing segment continued its strong growth. In the first half of the year, Yuhor increased revenue by 20% and, through the acquisition of Food Star Plus, strengthened its production capacity and expanded its range of poultry products. Mioni reinforced its leading position in contract manufacturing of water and soft drinks, recording revenue growth of 30%.

Real estate is one of the main drivers of growth, supported by a €1 billion investment cycle and projects that set new standards in the market. Revenue rose by 40% in the first half of the year on the back of excellent results from shopping malls and office spaces, while the Delta District, Delta Land and Delta Iron projects continue to advance. Delta District, home to the InterContinental Belgrade hotel scheduled to open by the end of 2026, offers a unique concept of luxury living and business in line with the highest WELL and LEED sustainability standards. Delta Land brings a modern take on classic Belgrade architecture, with more than 1,000 trees and a new standard of family living in the city centre. In Novi Sad, Delta Iron will open in September as one of the most sustainable office buildings in the country.

Delta Holding’s hotel portfolio recorded revenue growth of 11% and a continued rise in profitability in the first half of the year, with excellent results across all of the Group’s hotels: Crowne Plaza, Radisson Collection Old Mill, Hotel Indigo and InterContinental Ljubljana. These results reflect investment in the modernisation of hotel facilities, service quality and employee development. The opening of InterContinental Belgrade will further enhance the city’s premium hotel offering.

In its third year of operation following reconstruction, Sava Centre set new records for both business results and number of events. More than 230 congress, business and cultural events were held in the first half of the year, welcoming over one million visitors. These results confirm Sava Centre’s position as the leading congress, business and cultural venue in the region.

The distribution and logistics segment continued its strong growth in the first half of the year. Delta DMD recorded revenue growth of 14%, reinforcing its leading position in the distribution of major global and regional brands, and received Diageo’s Partner of the Year award, competing against companies from 35 countries. DTS continued its regional expansion, extending its operations in Slovenia, North Macedonia and Albania.

Farizon remains the dominant choice among medium-sized and large companies in the electric light commercial vehicle category. In addition, Delta Auto Group is expanding its portfolio with AVATR, a new premium Chinese electric car brand.

Ananas continues to grow strongly through rising revenue, an expanding offering and a stronger regional presence.
