In 2024, Delta Holding generated revenue of EUR 942 million, representing a 10% increase year-on-year, while EBITDA reached EUR 116 million, up 16% compared to the previous year. For 2025, projected revenue amounts to EUR 1.2 billion, with planned EBITDA of EUR 159 million. Key investment areas include real estate, agriculture and e-commerce, where strong long-term potential has been identified. In 2024, a total of EUR 187 million was paid into the budget of the Republic of Serbia.
The complete redevelopment of Sava Center, which has welcomed more than 500,000 visitors since reopening, paved the way for further growth of the real estate segment. Major real estate projects – Delta District, Delta Iron and Delta Land – represent a combined investment exceeding EUR 1 billion. The opening of the InterContinental hotel at the end of 2026 will further strengthen Serbia’s congress and tourism sectors.
Despite the warmest year on record, Delta Agrar achieved yields above the European average and launched new investments in the modernization and digitalization of agricultural production. Planned investments include the expansion of irrigation systems, further development of fruit production and a 32% increase in apple yields.
Digitalization and e-commerce remain key growth drivers for Delta Holding. In 2024, Ananas recorded significant growth, doubled the number of partners and reached one million products on its platform. Following expansion into the markets of Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, the next step is entry into the European Union market. By the end of 2025, the platform is expected to exceed two million products and registered users, supported by the implementation of advanced AI solutions.
In distribution and logistics, Delta DMD and DTS recorded growth and expanded operations into new regional markets. Delta Auto Group delivered strong results across all brands in its portfolio and maintained its leadership position in the premium segment, driven by the continued success of BMW. Expansion in the sustainable mobility segment continued, with the introduction of Farizon, a new electric commercial vehicle brand from the globally recognized Geely Group. Delta Holding’s hospitality business recorded continued growth in revenue and occupancy across all properties, supported by service enhancements and strategic investments in further development.
Sustainability remains both a core value and a strategic focus of Delta Holding. Solar energy production in 2024 tripled, supported by solar panels installed at 18 locations, with additional solar power plants planned at seven more sites in 2025. Through the use of biomass and solar energy, greenhouse gas emissions were reduced by 31,000 tonnes, equivalent to the impact of planting approximately 1.47 million trees. In 2024, the fourth “Our Village” project was launched in Ključ, aimed at further developing agriculture and supporting the sustainable future of rural communities. Through the “Third Parent” initiative, support was provided to preserve biological families, assisting 36 children at risk of separation.
In 2024, Delta Holding ranked among the top five companies in talent management and among the top 20 most desirable employers in Serbia.
