Supervisory Board

He is the Founder and President of Delta Holding and one of the most influential business leaders in the region. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Kragujevac.

He began his career at the Kruševac branch of Jugobanka as the youngest Director of the Foreign Exchange Department, and later joined the chemical company Župa, which he positioned among the most successful companies in the former Yugoslavia.

In 1989, he received the AVNOJ Award for outstanding business achievements. After a brief term as Vice President of the Government of Serbia in charge of privatization, he founded Delta Holding in 1991, which he continues to lead today.

Over more than three decades, he developed the first private bank in Serbia and the leading retail chain, later integrated into major international groups. Under his leadership, the company achieved a leading position in Serbia and ranked highly in the Alpe Adria region, operating in the EU and Russian markets.

With more than two billion euros invested in agribusiness, distribution, real estate and hospitality, he is considered the largest individual investor in the domestic economy. He was the first Serbian national to be included on the Forbes list of the world’s billionaires.

A significant part of his work is dedicated to philanthropy through the Delta Foundation, which has invested more than €40 million in socially responsible projects and established three major endowments for persons with disabilities.
In recognition of his contribution to business economics and management, the Serbian Economists Association awarded him the Charter in 2023.

She began her professional career in 1991 at Delta Holding, following previous experience in finance. From 2005 to 2011, she served as General Manager of Delta M Group, leading complex business operations with a focus on financing, capital planning, budgeting and the optimization of financial resources. During this period, she contributed significantly to the stabilization of the company’s financial structure and its development in phases of intensive growth.

Over more than three decades at Delta Holding, Milka Vojvodić has been directly involved in the execution of key acquisitions and strategic transactions in the company’s history, including partnerships with leading international companies in banking, insurance and retail, such as Generali, Banca Intesa and Delhaize Group. From 2007 to 2014, she was a member of the Board of Directors of Delta Generali Insurance.

A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade, she completed professional training at international financial institutions, including Barclays in London and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Active in the business community, she is a member of the Serbian Business Club “Privrednik” and a member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia.

She has served as Chief Executive Officer of Delta Auto Group since 2016, the exclusive importer and distributor of BMW, MINI, Honda, Maserati, KTM and Farizon brands.

She joined the company in 2008 and has held several senior leadership positions, including Brand Director for Honda.

During her tenure, the company successfully introduced the Maserati and Farizon brands (a member of the Chinese Geely Group) to the Serbian market, while further expanding related business segments, including Delta Rent Services and Delta Pre-Owned Vehicles.

She also served for one year as Development Director at Delta Real Estate, where she was responsible for the execution of major capital investment projects.

She graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Belgrade, where she also worked as a teaching assistant.

Since 2022, she has served as President of the Serbian Association of Vehicle and Parts Importers, and in 2024 she was re-elected for a new term.

Since 2025, she has been responsible for AI and Intelligence Governance within the company.

She has built extensive professional experience in management, business development, and corporate philanthropy within Delta Holding since 2001.

Throughout her career, she has held senior roles at Delta Fashion, where she was responsible for business development, brand management, and strengthening the company’s market position. A significant part of her professional engagement has been dedicated to Delta Foundation, which she led from 2007 to 2021, contributing to the development of corporate philanthropy and the implementation of projects of long-term importance to the community.

She graduated in Finance, Banking and Insurance from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade.

He built his professional career through private entrepreneurship, focusing on trade, construction, real estate transactions, and film production, as the founder and owner of several companies.

During this period, he gained substantial experience in the development of investment projects, the management of complex business systems, and the identification of market opportunities across diverse industries.

He graduated in Management from the American International University in London in 2004.

Since 2015, he has served as Vice President of Delta Holding, where he participates in defining strategic business directions, developing new projects, and overseeing investment strategy, with a particular focus on growth and business diversification.

From 2005 to 2011, she served as General Manager of Delta M Group, leading complex business operations with a focus on financing, capital planning, budgeting and the optimization of financial resources. During this period, she contributed significantly to the stabilization of the company’s financial structure and its development in phases of intensive growth.

She started her career in central controlling, subsequently serving as Chief Financial Officer of the Agrar division, and since 2009 as Chief Financial Officer of Delta Real Estate Group.

She graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade.

Since January 2021, she has served as Chief Executive Officer of Delta Real Estate Group. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic leadership, development and execution of investment and development projects in Serbia and the region, as well as for overseeing and advancing the company’s overall retail and office portfolio in the region, including Delta Planet shopping centers in Niš, Banja Luka and Varna.

His professional experience within Delta Holding has been built across multiple business segments since 2008, including commercial operations, brand management, and operational processes.

Since 2016, Lazar has been Chief Executive Officer of Delta DMD Group, overseeing the company’s operations and strategic development within the system.

Since 2021, he has also held the position of Vice President, responsible for Delta Transportni Sistem (DTS) and distribution companies in Serbia and Montenegro.

Delta DMD’s portfolio includes global and regional brands: Ferrero, Diageo, Beiersdorf, British American Tobacco, Tikveš, Violeta, SC Johnson, and Haleon.

He has been part of Delta Holding since 2006, building his career through senior leadership roles in agro-distribution.

Throughout his professional path within the Group, he has held various leadership positions, including overseeing seed sales, the seed program, and agro-distribution, as well as managing Delta Feed and Danubius.

He graduated in Engineering International Management.

Since 2023, he has been Chief Executive Officer of Delta Agrar and President of the Board of the Serbian Seed Association

His career within Delta Holding has been built through senior leadership roles encompassing the management of diverse business segments and the development of strategic initiatives, including Deputy Director of Yuhor, General Director of Delta Frukt in Russia, Director of Exchange Trading at Delta Agrar, and Director of the Danubius factory.

He has been part of Delta Holding since the beginning of his professional career and has led the Delta Hospitality division as Chief Executive Officer since 2022. The division’s portfolio includes Crowne Plaza Belgrade, Hotel Indigo Belgrade, Radisson Collection Old Mill Belgrade, and InterContinental Ljubljana. He simultaneously holds the position of Cluster General Manager for IHG Hotels & Resorts.

He graduated in Political Science from University College London and holds a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

With more than three decades of professional experience, his career has been defined by expertise in the food industry, operational management, and strategic development.

He began his career at Yuhor in 1990, contributing to the company’s development and operations, and later continued his professional path within Delta Holding in the agribusiness and food processing sectors. He later led Food Production at Delta Food Processing, with a focus on optimizing production processes and strengthening operational efficiency.

Dragan graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Belgrade, specializing in Agricultural Economics.

In 2016, he assumed the role of Advisor to the Senior Vice President for Operations at Delta Holding, providing strategic and operational support at the Group level.

He returned to the position of CEO of the company Yuhor in February 2017.

Professional experience within Delta Holding has been shaped by senior and strategic roles in business development since 2012.

Since 2020, she has been Chief Executive Officer of Sava Centar, the largest congress, cultural, and business venue in the region, playing a leading role in advancing the congress industry and strengthening Belgrade’s and Serbia’s position in the international meetings market.

She graduated from the Faculty of Sciences at the University of Novi Sad, specializing in Geography, Tourism and Hospitality.

Kristina is a member of the Serbian Association of Managers and the Board of HORES, and since 2025 has served as Co-Chair of the Mediterranean Chapter of ICCA.

His professional experience has been built across product development, banking, and the broader financial sector. Marko has been part of Delta Holding since 2022.

Throughout his career, he has held leadership and expert roles in marketing, consumer relations, and product development, with a strong focus on start-up banking initiatives and the development of market-oriented strategies.

He graduated with a master’s degree in Telecommunications from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Belgrade.

Since 2022, he has been Chief Executive Officer of the Ananas e-commerce platform.
