Miroslav Mišković graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Kragujevac.
He founded the Delta Holding Company in 1991.
His career begun at Jugobanka. Not long after that he transferred to Župa Chemical Industry, where he became Financial, Executive and finally General Director.
In 1989, he received the AVNOJ Award for the best entrepreneur, the highest social recognition in former SFR Yugoslavia.
Mr. Mišković was Deputy Prime Minister in Serbian Government for a short time, but left this position for reasons of principle.
According to the 2007 list of the richest people in the world, published annually by Forbes magazine, he was the worlds’s 691st richest person. He is the first person from Serbia to enter this list.
Milka Vojvodić began her professional career in 1991 at Delta Holding, following earlier experience in the finance sector, where she established a strong foundation in financial management. Between 2005 and 2011, she held the position of General Director of Delta M Group, overseeing complex business operations with a particular focus on financing, capital planning, budgeting, and the optimization of financial resources. Her leadership during this period played a key role in strengthening the company’s financial structure and supporting its expansion during phases of intensive growth.
Over more than three decades within Delta Holding, she has been directly involved in the execution of some of the most significant acquisitions and strategic transactions in the company’s history, including partnerships with leading international organizations in banking, insurance, and retail. Among the most notable are transactions with Generali, Banca Intesa, and Delhaize Group. From 2007 to 2014, she was a member of the Board of Directors of Delta Generali Insurance.
She graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade and further advanced her expertise through professional training at leading international financial institutions, including Barclays in London and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
She is an active member of the business community, including the Serbian Business Club “Privrednik,” and sits on the Board of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
She is fluent in English and Russian.
Aleksandra graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade.
She started working in Delta Automoto in 2008. Aleksandra was in charge of marketing of the following brands: Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Fiat delivery vehicles and Honda motorcycles. After that, she spent four years holding the position of Honda Director.
Aleksandra was appointed Director of Development in Delta Real Estate, and she was in charge of major company projects.
Prior to her career in Delta, Aleksandra had worked as the demonstrator at the Faculty of Philosophy. She gained substantial experience in various social and business areas through the projects and activities in non-government organizations.
Aleksandra’s business career started in marketing agency McCann Ericsson.
She speaks English.
She graduated in 1999 the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade – Finance, banking and insurance.
Ivana had managed the corporate foundation of Delta Holding – Delta Foundation (2007-2021). In addition to philanthropic activities, she was also in charge of directing and implementing all socially responsible activities of the Company.
Ivana was the president of the Business Club “Momentum” in 2009.
She was also holding the position of Director of the Profit Center and Executive Director of Delta Fashion from 2001-2009.

Marko graduated from The American International University in London, Department of Management, in 2004.
Since 2006, he has been engaged in trade, construction, real estate sales, and film production, as a founder and owner of several companies.
He has been with Delta since 2015 as Vice President.

Angelina graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade.
She started her career in Delta in 2001 in the department of central controlling. In 2004 she was appointed Finance director of Delta Agrar, and in 2009 she became Finance director of Delta Real Estate group.
In January 2021 Angelina was appointed CEO of Delta Real Estate group.
Angelina speaks English.
Lazar has been working in Delta Holding since 2008.
Until Septmber 2015 he had worked in Delta DMD member company, holding the positions of the Regional Manager for NIVEA program, Key Account Manager for NIVEA program, National KA Manager as well as Beiersdorf Division Manager. Afterwards he was holding the position of Branding Director for two years. In September 2015 he was appointed Director of Delta Transport System (DTS), logistics company operating within Delta DMD Group.
Since September 2016 Lazar has been the CEO of Delta DMD Group.
Prior to his career in Delta, Lazar gained work experience in other companies, such as Halo oglasi and Bel Pagette.
Lazar speaks English.
Luka graduated from the Faculty of engineering international management, and began his career in 2002, at the Italian company Biesse. He has been a part of Delta Agrar team since 2006, first as the Head of seed sales, and since 2008 he has been the Director of the Seed program. In 2014, Luka took over the position of Distribution Director, which he still holds. As from 2019, he has also been holding the position of the General Manager of Delta Feed company.
As of January 2022 Luka has been holding the position of COO. From 2023, he takes over the position of general director of Delta Agrar.
Luka is the president of the Board of the Serbian Seed Association.
He speaks English and German.
Andrej holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from University College London (UCL) and a master’s degree in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
He started his business career in Delta Holding through the Young Leaders program in the Strategy and Development Department. He worked as the deputy director of the Yuhor company and as the general director of Delta Frukt, a member company of the Delta Holding system in Russia, for the fruit and vegetable trade.
Since 2019, he has been the director of the stock exchange business in Delta Agrar, and as of second half of 2021, he has also taken the position of the director of the Danubius factory.
In 2022 Andrej takes on the position of hotels director (in charge of Crowne Plaza, Indigo and InterContinental Hotel Ljubljana), as well as the position of Cluster General Manager IHG.

Karijeru je započeo 1990. godine u kompaniji Yuhor, upravljajući razvojem i poslovanjem kompanije. Profesionalni angažman nastavlja u okviru sistema Delta Holdinga, u poljoprivredno-prehrambenom sektoru, a potom kao direktor proizvodnje hrane u Delta Food Processing-u, sa fokusom na unapređenje proizvodnih procesa i efikasnosti.
Diplomirao je na Poljoprivrednom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu, na smeru agroekonomija.
U 2016. godini obavlja poslove savetnika višeg potpredsednika za operativne poslove Delta Holdinga, gde pruža stratešku i operativnu podršku na nivou sistema.
Kristina graduated from the Faculty of Sciences, University of Novi Sad, majoring in tourism and hospitality.
In November 2020 she was appointed CEO of Sava Center.
Kristina had been in the protocol sector at Delta Holding since 2012, and than continued her engagement in the President’s Office in 2014, where she was appointed Chief of Staff the following year.
She speaks English and is a member of the Serbian Association of Managers.
Marko graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade in the field of telecommunications.
He has valuable experience in product development, as well as the banking and financial sectors. He was part of two new-age banks as one of the core team members, leading entire business vertical build-up form scratch.
In his career, he has held various positions in the fields of marketing, customer experience and product development. He describes himself as a passionate team player, a manager whose team growth is one of the most important KPIss, focused, analytical and motivated by complex challenges to be solved.
Marko has been a member of the Delta Holding team since 2022, holding the position of COO and accting Director of Ananas. SInce August 2022 Marko has been holding the position of Ananas CEO.
