Delta’s future is one of the most important talent programs of our company, which has been building future leaders since 2013.
It is intended for young talents who stand out for their potential, motivation, performance, vision and results they have achieved so far, and August this year brought us new participants of the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Mokra Gora, they went through the basic management program of the Mokra Gora School of Management, and traditionally marked the beginning of the program with lunch with the president of the management board, Miroslav Mi\u0161kovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the two years of the program, participants will undergo special training, workshops and coaching in order to improve their knowledge and skills and be ready for future management positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
